  • Overhaul a costly and time consuming paper-based survey producing limited results

  • Produced a bi-lingual on-line survey system as a more efficient way of conducting research
  • Created a method of obtaining feedback from brokers with the minimum of inconvenience
  • Provided information back to Aviva in a form that they can use for rapid analysis.

  • A survey process which can be completed in less than 2 weeks from distribution to reports
  • An increase in the completion rate to 65%
