Southampton City Council to introduce an on-line 360 Degree Feedback system through Bowland Solutions to support their ‘Management Academy”.

Bowland Solutions are to work with Southampton City Council (SCC) to implement a new on-line 360 degree feedback process in support of the ongoing development of their senior management teams.

The first step will be for Bowland to work with SCC to design a framework which will clearly set out the desired behaviours across three tiers of management.

This framework will form the basis for the 360 degree feedback process which managers will go through as part of their learning and development within the new Management Academy programme.

This extensive programme, which will see in excess of 500 managers attend a series of learning events, is further evidence of the Council’s commitment to improve management performance and support their effective development.
