MIVA to introduce an on-line 360 degree feedback system with Bowland Solutions in support of employee learning & development.

Bowland Solutions are to create a tailored web-based 360 degree feedback system for MIVA, a leading provider of performance marketing services with offices across North America and Europe.
The initial phase of the project will be to design a competency framework which will enable individuals at any level within the organisation to be assessed against behaviours deemed important to the sustained success of the business.
Different question sets according to an individuals role will be derived from this framework and will be accessed through an on-line 360 degree feedback tool, specifically designed around the MIVA brand.
Once individuals have completed a self-evaluation, and had feedback provided by peers, direct reports and their line manager, they will share the results of their feedback with a trained coach within the HR team at MIVA.
Bowland Solutions will run a one-day programme for both UK and US coaches in how to conduct effective 360 degree feedback debriefs.
