Top UK law firm Mills & Reeve, implements web-based 360 degree feedback system with Bowland Solutions

Mills & Reeve is a leading UK law firm providing advice to clients worldwide. The firm has recently been recognised by The Sunday Times 100 Best Companies To Work For as a top UK employer for the fourth year running.
Mills & Reeve has decided to work with Bowland Solutions to introduce an on-line 360 process .The web-based system will give associates the opportunity to get feedback from partners and other staff .as part of an associate development programme.
The solution will be branded to look like a Mills & Reeve system, incorporating the firm’s own colours, logos, language and imagery.
Using their own competencies and questions, administrators can create and send invitation emails, monitor progress of completed questionnaires and view the reports which are dynamically generated, all within the system.
Users access the system through their familiar web-browser application, before securely logging-in and completing the questionnaire on their colleague.
Simple-to-read reports are dynamically generated within the system and instantly viewable on-line when they have been signed off.
