| Bowland Solutions expand their capabilities to offer a Managed Service to 360 Degree Feedback clients.
As a means of enhancing the service given to clients who introduce an on-line 360 Degree Feedback system with Bowland Solutions, there is now the option to have it under a 'Managed Service' agreement.
Historically, clients would leave the HR function to administer the 360 process, but now they can outsource this element of the work if their current workload is too demanding.
Once the client decides when the 360 process is to happen and who the target audience is, they simply instruct Bowland Solutions to proceed, and await the collated reports.
The 'Managed Service' will take care of:
- adding of delegates to the system
- adding of respondents assigned to appraisees
- setting up of programs across any user group
- sending invitations on request
- monitoring progress
- sending reminders
- promotion of service within organisation to maximise usage
- 1st line telephone support
- questionnaire design/re-design as necessary
- co-ordination of managers in setting up appraisals within their department
- having a dedicated person within Bowland Solutions to drive the process at all times
