JCB to introduce international language support to their on-line Performance Review system.

Following the successful implementation of an on-line performance review and 360 Degree Feedback system with their supplier Bowland Solutions, JCB are now introducing an internationalised system to support feedback from across the globe.

In order to aid the on-going development of key international senior managers within JCB, the existing system will extend it’s capabilities by offering regional language support for respondents to complete questionnaires.

As feedback on these managers will be asked for from nationals within a host of countries, the system will translate the questions presented as well as presenting all of the system screens in the required language.

To ensure that this capability is future-proof and that more languages can be added as JCB needs evolve, Bowland Solutions will design the system so that they can add new languages by simply providing a translation file to handle text.
