Bowland Solutions are working with Getronics UK Ltd, the ICT Services provider, to implement and manage a new on-line performance appraisal process for all of their staff working in Getronics offices and on client sites across the UK.
Within a compact timescale of a few weeks, Bowland successfully migrated the Getronics interim appraisal process to an on-line solution with both employees and line managers able to securely log-in and complete their appraisal form from any PC with internet access. With the facility to easily prepare forms and then transfer them between the reviewer and reviewee the appraisal meeting can be focused upon the important discussion.
Employees and line managers are able to agree and record objectives going forward, review achievements to date, assess performance and record any training & development needs. HR and Senior Managers will be able to more easily access the appraisal data and identify actions to help achieve company objectives.
