Earthbound Farm, North America’s largest grower of organic produce, has enlisted the help of Bowland Solutions to build a bespoke Performance Review and 360 Degree Feedback system.

Taking their existing paper-based process and using their existing competency framework, Bowland Solutions will create a Performance Review system providing a holistic view on:

• Personnel data and records
• Recording of individual goals and objectives
• Appraisal of performance against objectives
• 360 Degree Feedback against competency framework
• Employee’s Personal Development Plan (PDP)
• Line Manager’s Action Plan

The system will be tailored specifically to their needs, complete with their own branding, ‘look & feel’ and reports.
