City firm, D Young & Co. introduce an on-line partner peer review system through Bowland Solutions.

Bowland Solutions have created a tailored web-based partner peer review system for D Young & Co., a principal European firm for Patent and Trademark Attorneys, in support of their annual partner review process.
The initial phase of the project was to design a bespoke behaviours framework which formed the basis of the different question sets used in the review of Equity, Non-Equity and Salaried Partners.
Individuals will complete the review through a tailored on-line 360 degree feedback tool, specifically designed around this framework and the D Young & co. brand.
Once individuals have completed a self-evaluation, and had feedback provided by peers, direct reports and their line manager, they will share the results of their feedback with a trained coach from within the HR team.
Bowland Solutions ran a one-day programme for these nominated coaches in how to conduct effective peer feedback debriefs.
