Southampton City Council to introduce an on-line 360 Degree Feedback system through Bowland Solutions to support their 'Management Academy".

Bowland Solutions are to work with Southampton City Council to implement a new on-line 360 degree feedback process in support of the ongoing development of their senior management teams.

The first step will be for Bowland to work with the council to design a framework which will clearly set out the desired behaviours across three tiers of management.

A new way of conducting 360 Degree Feedback

Bowland Solutions were invited to speak at an event for the "Legal Education & Training Group" (LETG) on implementing 360 degree feedback

Following their work with a number of law firms, Bowland Solutions were asked to present at a recent 'Learn & Dine' session with 'The Legal Education & Training Group' (LETG) on the topic of how to implement 360 degree feedback within a firm.

Entitled, "A Lighthearted look at 360 - The Trial & Tribulations", John Rice, Sales & Marketing Director of Bowland Solutions, introduced their own logical process and some suggested 'ground rules' as how best to introduce 360 feedback.

Virgin Megastores expand the use of their on-line 360 Degree Feedback system with the help of Bowland Solutions.

Having succesfully introduced an on-line 360 degree feedback solution within Virgin Retail head office, Bowland Solutions are now working to implement a complete Performance Review system across all of their stores nationwide.

Senior managers will soon be able to assess store managers and other staff against a competency matrix as part of their performance appraisal. The competency matrix defines the expected behaviours across all levels, roles and grades across the business.

Bowland Solutions, in conjunction with a key partner, Peter Hyde Management Consulting, have introduced their new 'self-service' 360 degree feedback tool into Virgin Trains.

The myown360 tool is an online 360 degree feedback solution that enables users to invite feedback from anyone with an email address.
